What we collect
We do not run user accounts and we do not ask you to register. The contact tool builds your message entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is transmitted to us until you choose to email it yourself. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them only to reply and to improve the site.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security and fault-finding. We use them in aggregate and do not use them to identify visitors.
Legal basis and retention
We handle emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep correspondence for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site (for example hosting and email) under appropriate terms, or where the law requires it.
